I fixed and remixed this design with Meshmixer. Now it opens without errors or strange holes on the side. The stock Tevo Tarantula hot end and 40mm fan work perfectly together. You can see in the picture that the print quality of the fan duct is greatly improved when using it to cool the motherboard, which proves how well this new part works!
