Corner clips for the Tevo Tarantula designed to accommodate glass of varying thicknesses, including 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm. These clips are likely to fit other printers as well, but testing is not feasible. The primary goal was to eliminate the unsightly paper clips that previously held the glass in place. The left side clips sit flush with the glass, preventing the nozzle from snagging when the printer homes. Conversely, the right side clips rise 2mm above the glass, securing it firmly. Printing four of these flush clips may be possible, but this has not been tested. To insert the glass into its designated slot, users might need to retract the left clips slightly and push the glass downwards. This ensures a snug fit within the printer. Those concerned about heat can rest assured that printing PLA at 65C with these corner clips poses no issues. However, if ABS is being used for prints, it's advisable to replace or redesign these clips, as they may not provide sufficient support. For users seeking modifications to suit their specific needs, feel free to remix the design by adding or subtracting 1mm increments as necessary. UPDATE: Due to overwhelming requests for customizations and adjustments, I will no longer be updating this design. Instead, the Fusion 360 files are now available, allowing users to create and modify their own corner clips according to their specific requirements. Watching a few YouTube tutorials will help users grasp the necessary skills to achieve desired results.
