I print mostly ABS plastic, which limits my options for lightweight mounts on Thingiverse. Most designs available are too heavy or obstruct the hotend's fan, causing air flow issues that can lead to premature jamming. To solve this problem, I created a custom mount for an 18mm sensor with a 30mm nut. This design is designed to be easy to print and weighs only 4.6 grams, making it ideal for my setup. The sensor will not block the hotend's fan, ensuring smooth air flow and preventing jams.
