This is a Teve Nereus power supply fan cover designed to redirect airflow to the back instead of the bottom of the heat bed; no screws are needed, just slide it into position on the 40x40 frame. A new V3 version has been added, featuring a reduced height of only 9mm compared to the original 11mm, creating more clearance room with the bed leveling knob screw. Your specific clearance will depend on whether you use any bed leveling device like BLTouch.
