I wasn't a fan of holders mounted above the printer because of the angle the filament enters the extruder, which I've heard can wear down levers over time. So, I came up with this design that keeps the spool more in line with the entrance to the extruder. This holder fits spools up to 85mm wide. You might need to rotate it by 45° in your slicer to get it to fit on the bed.
