I made some updates to my fan duct for the Tevo LM, making adjustments to direct air more towards the nozzle and raise the bottom of the ducts since prints were curling up. I also raised the IR sensor mount a bit, setting it back from the hotend as it was getting too hot at 400 degrees Celsius. To prevent overhang on ABS prints that shrink, I moved the 40mm fans another 0.5mm back. The other changes are less noticeable but were made to prevent layer lamination and warping issues with super high-temperature plastics like Polycarb and Peek. Printing in Polycarb seems to be holding up fine at constant bed temps over 150 degrees Celsius, even going up to 175 degrees so far without any problem. I used a BLTouch mount for this duct from Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2983696 For additional add-ons to go with the duct on my Tevo LM, I checked out Redemptioner's designs on Thingiverse here: https://www.thingiverse.com/Redemptioner/designs And you can also see a video about it on YouTube at: https://youtu.be/thkKFKimR4o
