Tevo Little Monster linear rail upgrade parts

These components are designed to facilitate the transformation of the pulleys on a Tevo Little Monster into linear rails. After this conversion, the printer will operate much more quietly and with significantly improved accuracy. Update: 3/16/2018 - A 45mm wide linear rail shuttle has been added. Update: 3/8/2018 - The rod spacing has been updated. Note: The TLM carriage measures 45mm in width, whereas the M4 slide carriages measure 40mm across. As a result, you will need to either shim the linear rail shuttles to match the 45mm width or print your own custom components. Update: 2/5/2018 - The endstop belt tab has been reinforced for added durability. Update: 1/21/2018 - The trigger flange has been updated to ensure a better fit. You must print these parts in ABS, as PLA is transparent to the optical endstop LED frequency. Alternatively, you can simply tape over the trigger flange if printing in PLA is unavoidable. These components are intended for use with a Tevo Little Monster linear rail upgrade. They include rail alignment positioners and a plate that triggers the optical endstops, along with a belt loop for the flying extruder. You will need three of the rail aligners and three of the endstop plates to complete this conversion. The endstop plates have been thoroughly tested on various 20mm x 20mm mini-Kossel shuttles and function seamlessly. This allows you to maintain the default factory position for the optical endstops, making it easy to revert back to the original setup if needed. Both STL and Openscad files are provided, enabling you to customize these components as necessary.
