Tevo Little Monster - Filament Guide & Detector (PTFE Tube and Closed Hole/Cable Clamp)

I asked bLITzJoN for the CAD file so I could make some changes to this great filament detector he made and he was kind enough to share it with me (love the Thingiverse community). I wanted something that wouldn't wear out quickly due to different filaments like Carbon fibre and Polycarb. I also use a heated enclosure, which meant I needed to close off the hole for the corrugated tubing used to cover the cabling on the Tevo LM to reduce heat loss. Changes include: - bLITzJoN had reduced the diameter of the section that went through the cut out in the Tevo LM top plate to make it an easier fit, but since I needed to print the part in ABS to handle increased chamber heat, I increased its diameter slightly to account for shrinkage and it fits well. - I added 4.15mm diameter holes at the top and bottom for standard PTFE tubing that came with the Tevo Little Monster to prevent filament wear on the guide itself and reduce drag. I also beefed up the section around these holes. - I closed off the hole for the cables to seal it against the TEvo LM top plate when screwed in, preventing heat loss here. - I shaped the underside "wings" and hole so they clamp the corrugated tube without damaging it, acting as strain relief, keeping the cable from swinging off connections on the board (see install instructions). - I added additional strength to all surface intersections, changing their shape slightly, in case you print this item out of PLA and need some "convincing" to get it in place. The original broke under side loading, but this updated version can take a tremendous amount of force now. - I also took the liberty of making it look nicer by adding rounded edges all around, including the through hole for cabling, and changing the shape of the top to give it a nice pattern as layers are put down (especially at layer heights below 0.1mm). I'll make up a version for bowden/pneumatic fittings on both sides in the next day or so since I'm using PTFE tubing with 1kg spools and keeping everything in dry boxes, making it sensible to keep filament enclosed within the tube. Once the Duet laser detectors are ready, I'll change the style over to eliminate the gap you have to work around when changing a role, taking only 5 seconds to straighten 30mm of filament before feeding it through.
