Tevo Little Monster E3D V6 effector in openscad
thingiverse
This is my attempt at creating an E3D V6 effector for the Tevo Little Monster in Openscad. I purchased an original, knowing its smaller than the clone Volcano that comes with the TLM, so I created this one. It's printed in ABS and it's very solid. Thru holes are used, so no threads are needed but nuts are required. Note: I've test fitted this effector with both E3D V6 and E3D Volcano hot-ends, and both will work on my effector design. You'll need longer standoffs for the Bltouch on the Volcano (22mm versus 12mm on the V6). Note: If you have trouble with the J-head fitting into the cutout, increase $FN. A value of 116 takes a while to render but fits great. A value of 28 for the setting may require some filing on the center hole to fit. Update 2/5/2018: Adjusted inner ring for J-head and Bltouch screws. Update 2/3/2018: Fixed Bltouch bolt spacing, added nut and bolt info to scad file. Updated 1/28/2018: E3D V6 is done; only question is metal fan shroud mount holes. Update 1/27/2018: Changed to thru holes and a clip design.
