I had to lengthen the standard spool holder to accommodate Filamentum's massive 2.5kg Maxi-Spool. Two versions are available - one tapped directly onto the stock pipe, or without requiring any nuts at all. I've also included an M30x1.5 model if you need to print a replacement nut on demand.
