I recently encountered an issue with my Tevo Little Monster where the original glass base broke after just a few prints, prompting me to replace it with a new glass component. To achieve this, I sourced a 400 x 8 mm tempered glass online at a lower cost than purchasing one custom-cut to the exact dimensions of the original. With the new glass in hand, I needed to devise a solution to secure it firmly in place. The brackets supplied were extremely tight and designed specifically for use with straight-edged glasses; as such, I found it necessary to grind them slightly and also enlarge the screw holes to ensure proper fitment.
