I have extended my Heat Sink Adapter (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3795805) with the complete Tevo Flash, Tarantula case from joshsapp. To use a 40x10mm 12V standard fan, I've installed the TEVO Flash TT Heat sink fan adapter. The Noctua NF-A4x10 FLX fan is powered by a mini step-down module (22x17x4mm), available on Amazon as https://www.amazon.de/dp/B009NQLT0M/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_XG7ZDbVJ1Q23V. To secure the case, you'll need m3x20 screws. The fan-frame attaches tightly to the base and usually doesn't require additional fixing.
