Tevo Flash Linear Rail Mod (stock profile ver.)
thingiverse
Linear rail mod for the Tevo Flash. This is a remix of something I found online at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3202218, but I didn't like the idea of taking out the Y axis profile. So I made new parts to fit that in instead. You can use them just like the old ones to tighten up the Y belt. Here are all the printed parts you'll need: XBracket.stl x1 - This part makes the existing X carriage fit on the linear rail's 16x15 bolt hole pattern. YAdapter.stl x1 - This part lets the existing Y carriage attach to the linear rail block. Y_idler_back.stl x1 - This is where you put the Y pulley to attach it to the center profile. Y_idler_front.stl x1 - This is where you put the other end of the Y pulley to attach it to the center profile. mgn9_vslot_support.stl x9 - These support the linear rail from behind. And here are all the parts you'll need: X Carriage: MGN9H rail, 350mm long M3 T-Nut Insert x9 M3 6mm screws x9 M3 8mm screw to replace the Y axis sensor's old screw A small ziptie to keep the X axis sensor on the linear rail Y Axis Rail: MGW15H rail, 400mm long M4 Socket Head Screw 10mm x10 M4 T Nut Insert x10 Y endstop: M3 Socket Head Screw 16mm x1 M3 T Nut Insert x1 Y Adapter: M4 Countersunk Screw 8mm x4 M5 Countersunk Screw 12mm x4 Y idlers: M4 Socket Head Screw 40mm x2 M4 Nut x2 M4 Socket Head Screw 10mm x4 M4 T Nut Insert x4 Tools: Reference straightedge Hex Keys
