I'm confident that the thinner exhaust will make it noticeably quieter than some other models. For beginners: if you've leveled your bed perfectly and printed a few easy test prints without any issues then you can simply run the gcode and get it printed. The .gcode file is specifically designed for PLA! (210C degrees hotend) If you're curious or it's not printing well, find a temperature tower model, determine the best temperature for your PLA (or PETG) and use the .3mf file (Cura 3.6) to tweak all you need. ABS is not recommended here. Important! You'll need two M4x22 (or 25 if you can't find 22) bolts or it won't be possible to assemble. Flash's case fan has no washers on the inner side (under nuts). This is a problem and you won't be able to loosen it enough to create a gap and just insert the silencer under bolts. Because after doing this you'll need to tighten it again... and that won't happen! You'll need to disassemble the case and fix the nuts by hand (or with a tool) while tightening the bolts. It's better if you get two M4 spring washers and insert them under the nuts. This is the proper way to assemble this. That's why I've ditched the version for M4x20 bolts (default) with thinner cuts. If our Chinese friends didn't make something properly... it's best to fix it yourself! :) (or open a dispute if you've found something dramatic!) Read Tevo Flash official group on FB. There are some mentions about bad printers (just right from the boxes). P.S. I haven't printed this version(!) But it should be fine. I've fixed my previous (touched the roller) version and it fits fine now. I don't want to re-print and disassemble Flash's case again just to make a slightly better look.
