I've uploaded a couple of pictures of the finished duals. The only difference is that I used 3mm carbon fiber for the screw brackets. Note: A few holes are missing, sorry about that - since I didn't print them, I didn't notice. An easy fix for you guys though. I've had it running for a couple of months now and it just runs constantly with minimal adjustment between prints. This is a huge improvement over the single screw in terms of accuracy, repeatability, and speed - I run my DIT printer at 150mm/s with good results. These brackets are for the Tevo Tarantula dual Z upgrade. BOM: 2 screws: 8mm X 2mm, I used Kerk motion 3/8" X .1" lead w/anti-backlash (bottom bracket needs mod for other screws/nuts). You will also need to turn on end of screws to 5mm X 20mm with flat. Use hardened shim spacers: .3mm on top of pulley and top of coupler/collars. 2 20T pulleys. 2 idle pulleys. 760mm X 6mm endless belt. 2 couplers/collars: 5mm ID. 2 bearings with flange: 5mm ID, 10mm OD. 4mm bolt with T nuts for frame.
