This cover fits perfectly over the Tevo Tornado Control Box. The cover allows you to attach standard ABS plumbing. This enables you to add fresh air venting to the Control Box and keep it inside the enclosure without overheating. When printing with an enclosure, you need to move the Control Box outside of the enclosure to prevent overheating of the Control Box. To do this, you have to add extension cables to the Control Box wiring. The Vent design allows you to bypass all that and keep the Control Box inside the enclosure. All you need is some standard ABS plumbing: 2 - 2" to 1 1/2" ABS reducers, 1 - 1 1/2" ABS 90-degree elbow, and standard 1 1/2" ABS plumbing length depending on your enclosure. Instructions: Slice with Repetier-Host or Cura 4.0 as this is the software used, and the .STL files will scale properly in these programs. Repetier-Host units of measure are set to meter for proper scaling. Print the Vent Cover and the sliding door for the USB opening on the Vent Cover. The print takes around 14 hours depending on your settings. Use Repetier-Host CuraEngine, set supports on and touching bed, and use support type "Lines", which were very easy to remove. Carefully remove the supports as the 2" connections on the Vent Cover are only 2mm and can break easily if treated roughly. Do not glue any of the ABS plumbing so it will be easy to take apart. Attach the 2" to 1 1/2" reducers to the Vent Cover, caulk around them for a tight seal, and use clear caulking that turns invisible. The caulking will also hold the fittings onto the cover as they do not fit super tight. Wait for the caulking to completely dry before continuing (12 hours). Put the Control Box inside the enclosure and place the vent cover over it. Then attach your 1 1/2" ABS plumbing & elbow, and caulk around the holes in the enclosure that the ABS plumbing goes through. See the picture of the Vent Cover in my enclosure. The ABS plumbing can be bought at any hardware store and is cheap, under $20 for all the plumbing. The venting just uses the fan in the Control Box, with the Vent Cover lines up with the fan.
