TEVO C270 Tall Camera Mount

This is an enhanced version of my initial mount (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2347578). It raises the camera by 60mm, ensuring that gantry supports are not visible in images when printing at lower layers. This design works seamlessly with the original camera clamp from version 1, so if you've already printed the first iteration, you'll only need to print the new bracket. This is a straightforward Logitech C270 camera mount I created for my Tevo Tarantula running on OctoPrint. I wanted a setup that allowed me to pose the camera but lacked the time and effort to design a ball/socket arrangement. This solution should hold up better in the long run, as it's more stable. The mount attaches to the left Z plate (original Tevo acrylic) and utilizes the two screws holding the toothless pulleys. I successfully fitted it with the existing screws. To assemble the camera bracket to the mount, you'll need an M4 x 10mm screw (or a close equivalent). An M3 x 16 or longer is required to attach the camera to the bracket. This design might also work for other models featuring similar camera housings. The hinge on this Logitech camera measures 6mm in width and accommodates a 3mm pin, which could be useful information. To install, remove the existing clamp from your Logitech camera, leaving only the lens housing. Once it's in place, you can adjust the pan and tilt settings and secure them with a tight fit. You may also want to focus the camera (which requires some hacking). For guidance on how to do this, refer to https://tamarintech.com/article/ciclop_scanner_focus_fix.
