Tevo Blackwidow Extruder and Print Cooling
thingiverse
I'm experiencing some issues with my Tevo Black Widow's extruder, which keeps getting jammed in the throat and starts grinding excessively. Printing a part at 210c resulted in failure on the same layer twice, while reducing the temperature to 190c allowed the print to complete successfully. However, I encountered problems again shortly after. The solution that worked for me involved recalibrating the extruder by sizing it up and printing a test piece. Once installed, I reset the temperature back to 210C and also experimented with turning off retraction to see if this would address the issue, which may or may not be related to my previous problem.
