Mount a Z end stop on your Tevo Black Widow printer to enable manual fine tuning of physical Z-offset. Materials Used: Parts for Mounting Sensor to Sled: M3x10 screw M3 washer M3 nut Parts for Adjustment Mechanism: M3x25 screw M3 locknut (The locknut prevents the screw from spinning freely when turning the adjustment nut.) 8mm silicone tubing section (A spring can be used here as well) M3 washer M3 thumb screw nut Parts for Attaching Mount to Printer: M4x8 screw (2) M4 washer (2) M4 drop-in t-nut (2) Print Settings: Rafts: No Raft Supports: Not Necessary Resolution: 0.2mm layer height, 0.4mm nozzle size Infill: 45% infill density Notes: Two small pieces at the ends of the keyed slot in the "sled" part will need to be cut off. I included these to allow printing with a brim without the brim entering the inside of the slot. Both parts were printed at once with supports, but I think it would be better to print the sled without supports and the mount with supports for the keyed track that the sled will slide onto.
