Updated 9-15-18 - Better Printing, Improved Spool Holder Join - Uses 6mm BB Spheres for Bearing. Cage Option or Use Jig to Align Balls. Print Top of Spool Holder Shaft Solid. This Is a Work in Progress. Many Issues with Design, Although I Am Using It. Yes, There Are Many Spool Holders So Why Did I Make My Own? I Wanted to Hold My Spool Inside My Cabinet and Allow Full Z Motion, Not Need Any Extra Parts to Build It. Able to Have More Than One Spool Mounted Off the BW Frame. Simple, and Spin Easily. Update 1: The First 'Print-in-Place' Bearing Was Too Wobbly, So Updating with a Tighter Tolerance and Adding the Flange More Easily by Using the Remix from "Better Ball Bearing with Flange Generator by Maxb". Also My Frame Twisted Over, So Redesigned. Update 2: Fixed a Missing Essential Stopper, (Glue Some Scrap on Underneath or Redownload Part1). Improved the Angle a Bit to [nearly] Avoid the Need for Support. I Printed Without Support, Depends on Your Printer and Material Selection. BTW I Found the Main Scaffold Section Is Very Strong When My Filament Jammed. It Broke the Shaft Not the Scaffold. I May Redesign the Shaft to Pop Out of a Ball Joint Later. Print Settings: Printer: Tevo Black Widow Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 Infill: 50% on Bearing Part, 25% on Frame Part
