Tevo Black Widow MKS TFT32 Panel
thingiverse
A custom front panel for the Tevo Black Widow printer is designed to mount the MKS TFT32 controller. Print this panel, along with its case and four spacers, and you'll be good to go. You shouldn't need any supports; I printed mine without them. To assemble it, insert the controller into the case first. Then, drive four M3 X 25 screws through their holes and secure them with nuts. After that, place spacers onto the screws and attach this new front panel in place. Plug in your cable and turn on the power. If your printer isn't being controlled properly, double-check that your baud rate settings match those of the printer. One important note: when upgrading firmware, be sure to unplug the display first. This controller has several advantages. For one thing, it makes SD card access much easier. It also supports both SD and USB printing, as well as WiFi modules. The menus are a lot simpler to navigate than before, and you'll even get filament run-out detection without needing any programming. Plus, the screens can be customized however you like. However, there are some drawbacks to consider. Not all of your printer's information will show up on the printing screen, which is a bit frustrating - especially when it comes to X,Y & Z positions. The Print Settings menu also has its limitations: Printer: Tevo Black Widow Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20%
