Tevo Black Widow - Heated Bed Wire Strain Relief

I designed an accessory to securely fasten the heated build plate wiring harness to the Y carriage, eliminating strain on the connections to the bed. A screw and threaded insert proved effective in anchoring this component to my Y carriage. Friction alone may hold it in place or a small amount of adhesive can be used for added security. There are two versions available: one is tailored for a PEM M3 press-in threaded insert, while the other achieves the same result using a standard M3 nut. An M3 screw measuring 8-12mm in length is required if opting to use the nut or threaded insert. Simply tighten the screw snugly - excessive tightening will only lead to damage. DISCLAIMER: This installation has just been completed and extensive printing projects have not yet been conducted, so it remains to be seen how well this solution will perform over time. UPDATE (7/2017) - Extensive use of my printer with this accessory in place has yielded excellent results.
