Tevo Black Widow Right Hand Side Heater 40mm Fan Cooler for Regular or Vulcano E3D V6. The right hand side placement of the fan serves two key purposes. Firstly, it ensures the nozzle view remains unobstructed. Secondly, the air exits from the left hand side into open space, rather than being directed towards the rear where it might bounce off the black X plate and reach the nozzle area. Additionally, we have flipped the mounting of the BLT and springs to make adjustments easier from below. The version featuring a lower BL-Touch bracket is specifically designed for use with the Vulcano version. This design utilizes the springs that come standard with the BL-Touch, making adjustments simpler. A small tab at the front allows for easy mounting of a 5mm white LED, which shines light on the nozzle. No additional hardware is required. The author printed this design using PETg filament with a 0.4mm nozzle and support on the heat bed, as this was the only available material at the time. However, it can also be printed in PLA.
