Tevo Black Widow Corner Plates

I was not satisfied with the corner plates available for the Black Widow, so I created my own. These custom-made plates measure 70H x 90W and feature 4.5T thickness with 4mm holes and include both left and right sides to ensure proper fitment. They are designed to provide clearance under the bed, allowing for easy installation. The raised ridges on these plates are intentionally slightly loose, enabling users to fine-tune squareness for a precise fit. This design includes two pairs of plates, so printing twice will yield all four corner pieces. Additionally, separate left and right singles are included for added convenience. Printer Settings: Printer: Tevo Tarantula Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.25 layers Infill: 30% Notes: A note on the design: The holes on these plates are intentionally designed with a 4.1mm diameter, which may result in slightly smaller openings than expected when printed using standard settings. However, this should not be a concern as the material can be easily drilled out to accommodate 4mm screws.
