Mount the E3D Aero to your Tevo Black Widow with ease by following these steps: First, acquire the necessary E3D bracket from Thingiverse, where it can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1477900. Next, you'll need a 50mm blower that operates on 24 volts. To secure the plate to the printer, use M5 countersunk screws. When mounting the BLtouch, springs will come in handy. Make sure to set the BLtouch offsets accordingly: X is 38 and Y is 6. For optimal results, print your bracket in ABS; however, I tried printing one in PETG but it was too flexible. After some adjustments, I changed the angle of the part cooler nozzle on May 18th, 2017 to improve flow.
