This extruder mounting bracket for the Tevo Black Widow provides enhanced X-axis and Z-axis travel by positioning the extruder motor at an angle to the right-side Z carriage plate, moving the print head closer to the center of the X carriage, and elevating the extruder/hot end assembly by 18mm. I have offered this mounting bracket in one-piece and two-piece designs. You can choose whether to print the one-piece version and deal with the additional supports or use an extra low profile M5 screw and M5 nut to assemble the two-piece design. It may also be beneficial to glue the two-piece version together for improved rigidity. I have also provided files for mounting the X-axis end stop at the very end of the X-axis extrusion. Select either the right or left option depending on where your sensor is located. To mount this bracket to the X carriage plate, you will require: 2 x M5 nylon insert lock nuts 2 x M5x12mm screws (M5 x 10mm may be a suitable substitute) In addition, for the two-piece design, you will need these components to hold the pieces together: 1 x Low Profile M5x10mm screw 1 x Standard M5 nut Thread locker (optional) For mounting the end stop sensor to the new end stop mount, in addition to the M4 screw and T-nut from the stock mount, you will require: 1 x M3x10mm screw 1 x M3 nut
