Tevo Black Widow 15 degree extruder and BL touch mount RIGID

This is my version of a 15-degree extruder mount modification. It attaches to the X-axis mounting plate in four easy-to-reach locations from behind. It features an end stop on the right-hand side, making it simple to assemble and square. The design includes a BL touch mount that can be left empty if you don't have one. I designed this to be as rigid and easy to print as possible. I printed it vertically, just like its mounted, using the following settings: Five vertical shells Four top shells Four bottom shells Twenty-five percent infill 0.25 layer height For mounting hardware, I used: Four M4 socket head cap screws and nuts with washers Two standard extruder mount screws Two standard BL touch screws and nuts I highly recommend moving the Y-axis all the way forward, then unbolting four grub screws that hold the Y-axis in position to the whole X and Z-axis gantry. When loose, move the assembly so the table edge is directly above the extruder, achieving a full Y-axis print area of 250mm. For your firmware, you should set the BL touch offset to: X-axis: 42 Y-axis: 15 Z-axis: -2 (approx) DO NOT USE THE FOLLOWING SETTINGS UNLESS YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND WHAT I MEANT ABOVE AND YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND WHAT THESE SETTINGS DO!
