The idler gear was replaced with a new one, reinforced vertically to ensure stability. The skirts on the pulley attachment were lengthened and the through-hole was elevated by 1.5mm on both parts. To facilitate threading, the bottom hole on the pulley attachment was slightly reduced in size. Bolt holes remain snug, so be prepared to apply some force when inserting the main tensioner bolt. An M6-1.00x40 bolt is used for this purpose.
