The carriage is very robust, featuring 4 Perlin wheels instead of the standard 3. Its design size is remarkably close to my three-wheel carriage, but this one boasts a slightly stronger and heavier construction that still maintains simplicity. I utilized this carriage on my current printer with great success, but eventually upgraded to an 8-wheel model for larger-scale applications. As usual, M4 alan bolts are used throughout the hardware. I also experimented with tapping M4 bolt holes directly into the plastic. Unfortunately, sometimes the plastic would bind around the bolt threads, causing a loose connection. To address this issue, I invested in a tap specifically designed for M4 bolt threads and proceeded to tap the plastic holes accordingly. As a result, the holes are now slightly smaller than usual and may be too tight for standard M4 bolts unless you possess a tap.
