Tevo / 2020 / 2040 E3D V6 X-Carriage + Hot End Assembly

I wanted to put an E3D knockoff on my Tevo tarantula so I designed an X-Carriage and cooling solution to accommodate it easily. Required Hardware: - 10 M3 Square Nuts are necessary - 1 M3 Hex Nut is required - 7 M3x10 Screws (I used hex-head Caps) will get the job done - 2 M3X25 Screws must be included - 2 M3X30 Screws are also essential The design is versatile and can tolerate larger screw lengths in most spots, working well with +2-4mm variations. It's suggested that you use 4+ Walls on the X-carriage for optimal performance. This design was mostly created to print without supports, but the "E3d_Fan_Duct_Longer" part requires them over the two screw mounts that jut to the sides and the "E3D_X-Carrage_B" part needs them to support the heat sink cavity. The Fan Bracket slides on from the side and is secured via an M3X10 and the hex nut. For the Heat Sink cooling fan, I have pockets for Square nuts but it's been found that you can just tap threads into the plastic and it works fine. I'm using this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2582487 to mount a radial fan on the Heat Sink cooling fan mount (shown in one of the pictures). 1/4/2020: A wire retention piece is being added to allow the heater and thermister wires to be constrained with a zip tie. A modified fan duct that opens up the bottom fin on the heat sink for air flow and redirects more air flow from the top of the opening toward the bottom of the heat sink is also being added. Furthermore, a 90-degree fan bracket is being added as mine was interfering with some lights I have at the top of the frame.
