Tetsuo is a young biker who's incredibly intelligent and fiercely independent, but his life takes a drastic turn when he gets into a catastrophic accident involving a motorcycle crash that severely injures him. As he recovers in the hospital, Tetsuo undergoes a series of gruesome and disturbing transformations, which ultimately culminate in his transformation into a powerful, telekinetic being with incredible abilities that he can't control.
