Tetrix c Channel radial mount
thingiverse
A versatile radial mount designed to connect components at various angles onto the end of a C channel. Designing This Component During our initial practice, we encountered an obstacle - making it difficult to attach a piece at different angles on the C channel's end. To overcome this challenge, I conceptualized and CAD-designed a part to fill this role. At that point, we determined that incorporating gears would enable effortless rotation, allowing for seamless component attachment. In order to optimize space usage, I devised the idea of embedding a gear within another. This innovative approach not only reduced the overall profile but also enabled one piece to securely lock into place within the other. Two interconnected pieces are held together by a central screw, while strategically positioned mounting holes facilitate easy attachment to various components.
