Tetrix 60 degree bracket

This is a work in progress Tetrix beam, currently being crafted from plywood using laser cutting technology, with plans to also cut it out of acrylic and possibly mill it in the future. Three-dimensional files are included, even though they will not be used, as a convenient reference. This project will be updated regularly as progress is made. How I Designed This Tetrix Holes I utilized Adobe Illustrator to design a Tetrix flower by first referencing an existing design (available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2159328). Designing The Plate The curvature of the plate was created to match that of a standard Tetrix flat, maintaining an OEM-like feel. After establishing the curve and length, a second identical plate was designed, rotated 60 degrees, and then aligned with the first at the point where they meet. Adding Holes Holes were strategically placed in the design to replicate the normal spacing found on a Tetrix beam. The axis hole was intentionally positioned to align with one side of the beam, rather than being misaligned or contiguous, to ensure mounting integrity. Done! This marks the first test of the Tetrix beam, crafted from wood, and it performs well despite its preliminary nature. Future tests will be conducted using various mediums to further evaluate its capabilities.
