I finally attempted creating a 3-D puzzle, and considering all factors, it turned out fairly decent. After some effort, I was able to get the dimensions right for a box, and I have uploaded the instructions for that. In my attempt to minimize the loose fit issue, I made a few design tweaks. In both versions, I integrated the straight piece into the other five pieces. One features rounded cubes, while the other is simply square cubes. Both work, but be warned: I still encountered the problem of a loose fit. If you decide to print the rounded puzzle, scaling it up is essential to ensure the pieces fit together properly.
