Tetris Lens Shelf
cults3d
Now that I finally have a printer that's just big enough, thanks to Eric Lien and the Eustathios designers, I've finally created the shelf for my lenses that I envisioned three years ago when I posted this design. I modified the original OpenScad script to craft solid blocks for vase mode printing, which were printed as a single outline in vase mode using a 1.2mm nozzle and 2.4mm extrusion width. Since I didn't print any bottom layers, I probably should have added a couple to increase rigidity. Maybe in a few more years, I'll be able to print a bookshelf version that will hold all my favorite books within reach.
