Tetrahedron Joiner Block

Tetrahedron Joiner Block

I created a fun project with my kids that combines learning with hands-on creativity. The connector blocker is an excellent way to teach geometry, chemistry, and sculpture skills in a engaging manner. In our design, we used 300mm long wooden dowels measuring 10mm in diameter. I also included an alternative version where the holes for the rods have been scaled up to 10mm, allowing users to modify it according to their needs. The model was created using Fusion360 and printed with PETG material for the photoshoot. Interestingly, designing this shape proved to be quite challenging. For those interested in understanding the mathematical concepts behind it, I recommend checking out this link: https://www.mathalino.com/reviewer/solid-mensuration-solid-geometry/regular-tetrahedron. I encourage you to have fun with this project and explore its possibilities!
