This game can be played with the same rules as Quarto, but each piece has its own unique shape. Print two sets of eight pieces in different colors. Design is highly customizable and requires no supports. Rules: * Two players take turns placing pieces on a board. * Each piece has four characteristics: color, shape, height, and filling. * Players try to create a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal row of four pieces with the same characteristic, such as four tall pieces. * Before each player places a piece, the other player chooses which unplaced piece will be placed. This means that one player selects an unplaced piece and the other player places it on the board, then they switch roles. * Once a piece is placed, it cannot be removed. An alternate rule allows players to win by placing a two-by-two square of matching pieces. Updates: Dec 28, 2017: The box has been shortened to save plastic.
