Tete d'impression améliorée DiscoEasy 200
thingiverse
I'm using the original design developed by dragon-shark, which can be found here: https://www.lesimprimantes3d.fr/forum/topic/5064-am%C3%A9lioration-t%C3%AAte-dimpression/. I'd like to thank the creator of this initial version for improving cooling significantly. The modification made is related to the attachment system on bearings. I used the same impressions as those found in the original design, as removing and reassembling it multiple times showed that it tended not to sit well on the bearings and would slip. Two versions are available: one with a chain start support integrated into the head, and another without it. The rest of the chain can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1872842. Another head seems suitable for many Discoeasy 200 users as well: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2163320. Personally, I prefer Dragon-Shark's belt fixation and have no issues with the end-of-travel switch; that's why I chose this base. Your choice or modification is up to you - I've included the STEP files for my head.
