Testla Model 3 Phone Stop

I'm a bit taller than average and my phone case is quite thick, so when I drive my Tesla Model 3, my phone and sunglasses keep flying over into the console. To solve this problem, I replaced the stock stop with a new one that fits perfectly in place - all I had to do was slide it off to the left to remove the old one. However, there's still about a quarter inch gap between the top of the stop and the console lid.
