Test Stand for vertical 8 mm linear rod
prusaprinters

I use this to test different vertical wind turbine designs. It centers a 8mm linear rod and a thrust bearing is taking care of the weight.

Features

Centered by a 608 bearing

Thrust bearing (10x18x5)

It can be screwed to a table with M4 screws

M3 screws and 7x7x2 nuts can be used to lock the bearing in place (Optional, I made a tight fit)

The plateau has two rows of M3 holes that are 10mm apart. The rows are 30mm apart. And has two M4 holes in the center.

Print instructions

This print needs support and can be printed in Draft mode (.3mm) without issues. For the thrust cap I would use one layer of raft.
