Standardized test object for determining the influence of ambient temperature and humidity on the success of 3D printing. In addition, the geometric accuracy of the 3D printer can be seen. Hi! My name is Markus and I’m a student at the University of Applied Sciences in Kufstein – Austria. I'm conducting research for my Master's thesis on the influence of ambient temperature and humidity on the success of 3D printing. To gather data, I need assistance with carrying out numerous experiments under various climatic conditions. Attached you'll find an STL file of the test object for the 3D printer, a PDF file outlining the desired settings for the experiments, and a PDF file containing a test report. These files provide all necessary information to conduct the test print. Once completed, please send me the files along with photos of the 3D printer's location and the test object from multiple angles (above, front, sides, rear). I'd also appreciate hearing about your experiences regarding the influence of different room temperatures and humidity values on 3D printing results, if you have any findings to share (limits, critical environments, reliability). Thank you for supporting my Master's thesis – I'm truly grateful! If you're interested in receiving the final results, please send me a message at markus.ehrlenbach@fh-kufstein.ac.at. Best regards, Markus PS: If you know someone with a 3D printer, it would be greatly appreciated if you could share their contact information or forward this email to them.
