Test object with elements of the standard DIN EN ISO / ASTM 52902
cults3d
Standardized test object for determining the influence of ambient temperature and humidity on the success of 3D printing, also used to assess geometric accuracy of 3D printers. Hi! My name is Markus, I'm a student at the University of Applied Sciences in Kufstein, Austria. I need your help with my Master's thesis, where I investigate how ambient temperature and humidity affect 3D printing success. To conduct this research, I require numerous experiments under various climatic conditions. Can you assist me by performing these tests? Attached are an STL file of the test object for the 3D printer, a PDF document outlining desired settings for the experiments, and another PDF with a test report. These files contain all necessary information to complete the test print. Please send me the completed files along with photos of the 3D printer's location and the test object from every angle (top, front, sides, back). I'd also appreciate hearing about your experiences with different room temperatures and humidity levels on 3D printing results if you have any findings to share (e.g., limits, critical environments, reliability). Thank you for supporting my Master's thesis; I greatly appreciate it! If you're interested in receiving the thesis results once completed, feel free to send me a message at markus.ehrlenbach@fh-kufstein.ac.at. Best regards, Markus P.S. If you know someone with a 3D printer, please share their contact information or forward this email; it would be a huge help in completing my research!
