Test model for 608-zz / 608-2rs ball bearing inclusion
thingiverse
This is a small model to test your printer calibration and tolerance for designs including the classic 608-zz and 608-2rs (22mm x 7mm x 8mm) ball bearings. The inner part can be snap/cut out to test rotation. With my mk3s+, prusament PETG, standard 0.2mm quality setting (no support, 15% infill), the ball bearing fits perfectly with enough friction to hold both pieces (the outer ring, and the inner shaft) securely in place. You can use this model to quickly adjust other designs accordingly (or calibrate your printer better).
