Test Jig #3 - Hours & Minutes Clock

Test Jig #3 - Hours & Minutes Clock

thingiverse

The Printable Clock Project has released its current release candidate, thanks to numerous Thingiversians' contributions. While it's still a work-in-progress needing tweaks for ticking and timekeeping, Test Jig #2 passed four tests, featuring in the first video of a printed escapement (http://www.prototribe.net/vidplay/testjig2.html). Print Test Jig #2 with latest parts to support ticking creations. Test Jig #3 is the next step for an actual timekeeping clock, so print it and share your experience. Design updates include a ratcheting drum, countersunk frame holes, snap-fit pendulum, and tickable escapement without much hand-finishing. Find the code snapshot and latest parts on GitHub (https://github.com/syvwlch/Printable-Clock-Project). Remember to print one of each STL part, assemble gears numbered 01-07 with M3 bolts, and attach weights to the drum's side holes for a functioning clock.
