TEST CoreXY on Rails.
thingiverse
I'm exploring a concept that involves a frame printer designed specifically for use with top-mounted MGN12-H rails, which provide enhanced stability and smooth movement. The Z-axis is comprised of 12mm rods secured by 8mm screws, all driven by a belt system to ensure precise and consistent operation. To achieve accurate centering, specialized plates will be employed in conjunction with KFL08 bearings, while a pulley is integrated into the bottom of each screw for optimal performance. As I continue to develop this design, I'm still refining the motor mount to optimize its interaction with the printer's components. Currently, the orientation of these elements isn't optimized for peak printing efficiency.
