My project takes the form of a high-speed, 3-D printed car driven by a PASCO fan that delivers exceptional performance. The vehicle's structure consists of a 3-D printed chassis, two sets of PASCO low-friction wheels, a powerful battery-powered fan, and a sturdy metal rod. Designed to outpace its predecessor, the original PASCO fan-powered Cart, my car achieves this through the strategic placement of the battery-powered fan as a thrust force, propelling it in the direction opposite to which the fan is pointing. The intricate design was crafted using the advanced 3D CAD software platform OnShape, enabling precise engineering and optimization for maximum speed and efficiency.
