Tessellated Spiral Container (Configurable w/ CAD!)

Tessellated Outside PatternSpent entirely too long designing and perfecting this . It's a two-part container, designed to be configurable to any size & shape. I designed this gorgeous tessellated outside pattern that continues through the bottom part and reflects light with a fascinating intricacy. Half-VasemodeThe top is printed classically– taking ~1.5h to print the D40xH50 size. The bottom, however, is designed for vasemode printing (Cura calls this'spiralize outer contour') and can be printed inhalf the time. The Best PartIt fits so perfectly that even the lightest side slowly slowly slides and spins 'round free. It's immensely satisfying.(click for gfycat link, the sound is thebest part) Printing Tipsprint with low layer heights for optimal smoothness. I use 0.1 or 0.12mmvase-mode / ‘spiralize outer contour’ is required for the bottom/inside part!use ‘concentric’ bottom later to make the top & bottom look even betterI prefer dual-color matchups but that’s up to you!
