Tesla Valve Flat Split Half

Tesla Valve Flat Split Half

thingiverse

This design can be precision-machined with a CNC machine, then assembled by bolting two halves together before welding them onto a flange plate. Upon closer inspection of the flute width and neck, it becomes clear that a depth of 21mm will not suffice; the design must be created in five sections, each with a depth of 8.4mm plus an additional 2mm base - an STL file has been added to accommodate this adjustment. The intention behind this design is to test its potential benefits within a valveless pulse jet. The intake area measures 522.93 square millimeters, remarkably close to the area of a 1" 64th (25.7696mm), which measures 522.67 square millimeters.
