It was my Finishing Senior Design Project. My goal was to develop and build a high-efficiency, high-speed turbine. I created a prototype of a Tesla-style turbine with 4 unique nozzle angle inlets to explore various factors that impact its performance. After thorough design and analysis, the turbine was expertly crafted and thoroughly tested, achieving an exceptional efficiency of 74%.
