You're looking at a single part you can install under the headrests of the second row seats on a Tesla Model Y to make it much easier for your rear passengers to find and grab the seat belt. Without this, your rear passengers must reach back behind their seat or they may even need assistance to find it at all. To install this, follow the steps outlined in the attached image to remove each headrest. Slide the headrest post through the hole while aligning the notch with the other post so the part cannot rotate freely. Leave the part near the end of the posts, then attach your headrest and lower it into place forcing the part to slide evenly up the posts. NOTE: When installed, your rear seat headrests will not lower all the way down to their original position. There will be a small gap necessary for the seat belt support to extend out the side under the headrest.
